Alok Garg is a supply chain and warehouse operations professional with more than 8 years of experience managing complex logistics, inventory, fulfillment, reverse logistics, and warehouse operations across retail and e-commerce environments.
Throughout his career, he has worked closely with warehouse teams, inventory managers, operations leaders, logistics partners, and technology platforms, gaining deep insight into the operational challenges that businesses face every day.
Having managed inventory discrepancies, fulfillment bottlenecks, warehouse process improvements, reverse logistics operations, cycle counting programs, and large-scale operational projects, Alok recognized a recurring problem: businesses were struggling with fragmented systems and inefficient processes that limited growth.
This realization led to the creation of GlobalSupply.
His vision was to build a platform that combines practical operational expertise with modern cloud technology, enabling businesses to manage their entire supply chain ecosystem from a single, intelligent platform.
Today, Alok is focused on building GlobalSupply into a global technology company serving D2C brands, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and logistics providers across multiple markets.
